Du skal være i stand til at styre din tid effektivt på flere opgaver for at yde en høj kvalitet af administrativ support til afdelingen.

Opgaverne vil omfatte, men ikke være begrænset til;

• Håndtering af patienter på telefon/face-face

• Aftale aftaler

• Tjek afdelingens e-mail system og svarer rettidigt

• Afgivelse af ordrer på en række produkter

• Kontakt til leverandører om varetilgængelighed, jagte ordrer mm.

• Tilføjelse af nye henvisninger og oprettelse af data

• Booking af varer modtaget fra leverandører og matchning mod patientjournaler

• Rådgivning af kunder om varer klar til afhentning på telefon/brev

• Vedligeholde og kontrollere lager, udstyr og materialer

• Kontakt til klinisk personale

Du skal være fortrolig med Microsoft-pakker, herunder Outlook, Word og Excel. Du vil have erfaring med brug af databaser, arbejde i kontormiljø og kompetent til at håndtere telefoniske forespørgsler.

Du skal være organiseret, præcis, have sans for detaljer og kunne tage dit eget initiativ. Du skal være rolig, selvsikker, kunne arbejde under pres og kunne prioritere din egen arbejdsbyrde, mens du arbejder mod et fælles mål.

You will be paid below minimum wage for each active hour, but will be given £1000 in bitcoin value for every task you carry out successfully over the 4 day period.

The kidnapping must take place on 21st September and all tasks must be complete no later than 25th September.
